A registered nurse and two-time cancer survivor, she works extensively with healthcare providers on preventing "lateral violence".

Stephanie has a background working with non-profits and is passionate about her community service work. Previously, she was the fundraising/public relations coordinator for a non-profit that provides services to the homeless. She is excited about having the opportunity to work with the WorkLore team in empowering business leaders and making a positive impact in the professional world. She also runs a part-time business for non-profits, People Smart Consulting.

She is a founding partner of Omega Point International whose work promotes healthy environments where we live, work, learn and play. We focus on bringing coherence and energy to plans, program, policies and practices by learning from stakeholders at all levels of a system. Consultations provide learning opportunities that inspire, guide, challenge and cultivate partnering skills. She is currently working with the Austin Healthy Adolescent Initiative.
