Story Circles For Teams

Three-hour Team Working Sessions

200213029-001_8bAll too often team learning consists of trivial “lessons learned” sessions that generate few real insights and rob the organization of the hard-won intelligence gained through the team’s effort.

Yet it is surprisingly easy to harvest the most valuable insights hidden in a team’s history – by creating a focused context for sharing experiences, and using those to develop best practices and strategies for solving future problems.  These short, highly engaging sessions are ideal for harvesting knowledge while simultaneously building the relationships and trust that enable future learning and collaboration.

  • Deeper relationships, trust, and collaboration
  • Closure and acknowledgment that enables team members to move on effectively
